Right at Home Jackson is hiring CNAs, Caregivers, and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Jackson area. You will provide compassionate in‑home care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Eligibility to legally work in the U.S.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities to support activities of daily living.
• Transfer/move client around their home.
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments/transportation.
• Assist with bathing, showering, dressing.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide dementia/Alzheimer's care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles, and conversation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

In this role, you will have the chance to performpersonal care activitiesthat assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
