Job summary

Right at Home Jackson is seeking caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meals, transportation, and companionship.

We provide PPE, paid training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, a $500 sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling with 24/7 management support to help you balance work and make a difference.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving the client throughout their home.
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, laundry, dishes, baths).
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments/transportation.
• Bathing, showering, dressing and daily personal care.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Dementia/alzheimer's care when needed.
• Offer companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).

Responsibilities and Duties:

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
