Qualifications

• 10+ years of workers' compensation claims experience.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong multi-state experience: MA, CT, NH, RI, VT, plus NJ and PA.
• Licensing as required by state workers' compensation regulations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Workers' Compensation claims adjusters.
• Oversee lost time, indemnity, complex, and litigated claims.
• Monitor caseloads, reserves, settlements, file quality, and overall team performance.
• Provide technical guidance on complex claims, litigation strategies, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Conduct file reviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing adjuster training.
• Ensure compliance with state Workers' Compensation regulations and company best practices.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with carriers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing team members.

Position Overview

A leading national Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor to oversee a team of adjusters handling claims across New England and surrounding jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-state Workers' Compensation experience, particularly with lost time, indemnity, complex claims, and litigation, along with prior supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Workers' Compensation claims adjusters.
• Oversee lost time, indemnity, complex, and litigated claims.
• Monitor caseloads, reserves, settlements, file quality, and overall team performance.
• Provide technical guidance on complex claims, litigation strategies, and jurisdictional requirements.

Base salary: $79,000-$113,000 annually.
