Job summary

Canon Recruiting Group is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a remote team handling New Jersey and Pennsylvania claims. The role focuses on mentorship, regulatory compliance, and high-quality claim outcomes across a national client portfolio.

The selected candidate will supervise Examiners, guide strategy, monitor metrics, and collaborate with clients to ensure excellent service while driving operational excellence in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey and Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation statutes and claim handling practices.
• Current adjuster licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Workers' Compensation Claims Examiners handling NJ/PA lost time/indemnity claims.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and regulatory compliance guidance.
• Monitor claim quality, productivity, and service metrics; support team development.
• Assist with complex claim strategy, reserve authority, settlements, and litigation oversight.
• Partner with management and clients to ensure exceptional customer service and outcomes.

Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor - NJ & PA (Remote)

We're partnering with a well-established national third-party administrator seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a team handling New Jersey and Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims. What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Experience overseeing lost time/indemnity claims.
• Prior experience mentoring, coaching, leading, or supervising claims professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Current adjuster licensing as required.
