W. R. Berkley Corporation's Berkley Risk unit in Minneapolis seeks an experienced workers’ compensation claims professional to manage a caseload of complex cases, including extended disability, litigation, and subrogation.
You will handle all technical aspects of claim management and ensure compliance with performance guidelines. You will investigate losses, set reserves, coordinate medical treatment, communicate with clients and counsel, and participate in reviews.

Responsible for managing a caseload consisting of incoming and more complex workers’ compensation cases including extended disability cases, litigation, employer’s liability claims, and assigned claims. Responsible for all technical aspects of claim management for assigned files including compliance with all established performance guidelines.

Salary Range: $$90,000 - $100,000 The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
