Qualifications

• California State Bar member; no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation law experience.
• Familiarity with WC legal documents and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at WCAB locations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents for clients.
• Advise on action plans and case handling.
• Negotiate settlements of disputes.
