Bartender Experience
  • 2 years of upscale service preferred.
  • Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge preferred.
  • High volume experience preferred.
  • Love for food and drinks, especially deep cocktails.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Proper use of knives and equipment required for tasks.
  • Maintain current Food Handler’s Certification and TABC Certification; follow sanitation and alcohol sale regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Interact professionally and friendly with guests and coworkers.
  • Arrive on time, prepared for shifts.
  • Wear proper uniform at all times in work areas.
  • Assemble and dismantle the bar according to procedures.
  • Keep the bar clean during shifts.
  • Prepare drinks, garnishes, and mixers per recipes.
  • Assist guests with menu questions, continually updating your knowledge.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver food properly at tables.
  • Report issues to management promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Set up for the next shift.
  • Follow sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing education courses.
  • Maintain beverage inventory and restock as needed.
  • Wash and restock glassware for bar and guests.
