About the Job:

Pay: Base $11/hr + great tips + membership bonuses + product bonuses + other incentives! Your books fill up quickly!

Our Location: 3420 Main St Suite 400, Frisco, TX 75033.

Brand new location with quick bookings, situated in an excellent shopping center/area. We have all shifts/hours available! Sugaring NYC is looking for you!

We are an Organic Sugaring (waxing/hair removal) & Lash Studio serving all skin types, especially sensitive skin. From hair removal to skin care products, we focus on organic solutions. Our company is nationally recognized, with locations from Miami to Dallas. We are expanding and seek positive individuals to join our happiness project, emphasizing exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Services include Sugaring, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, Tinting, Vajacials, and more!

Schedule:

• Various shifts from full-time to part-time; one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required.
• Open 7 days: Monday-Friday 9am-9pm; Saturday-Sunday 9am-7pm.

Job Duties:

• Perform services adhering to quality and time standards, following protocols.
• Educate guests on services: full body sugaring, lash lifting, tinting, brow lamination, etc.
• Communicate with guests to guide and set service expectations.
• Maintain a professional attitude and a drive to succeed both individually and as a team.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Share product knowledge, promote retail sales.
• Use daily planners to track goals and results.
• Ensure quick turnover of treatment rooms.
• Sanitize treatment rooms between clients and at closing.
• Promote proper maintenance to clients.
• Follow communication guidelines and scripting for a positive work environment and guest experience.
• Customize each guest’s experience to their needs.
• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, etc.
• Understand and promote our mission of providing organic, eco-friendly, and healthy beauty services.
• Participate actively in team efforts to ensure overall success.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings.
• Maintain TX esthetic license and ensure cleanliness of rooms and equipment per state regulations.
