Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $41.00/hr

Brand new location with full-shift availability! Sugaring NYC is seeking talented estheticians to join our team.

Who We Are:

We are an Organic Sugaring & Lash Studio serving all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Our services include hair removal, skin care products, lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, and vajacials. With locations from Miami to Dallas, we focus on organic, eco-friendly solutions and a positive customer and employee experience.

Schedule:

• Various shifts available, including full-time and part-time; one weekend day required.
• Open 7 days: Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-7pm.

Job Duties:

• Perform services meeting quality and time standards, following protocols.
• Educate guests on services offered, including sugaring, lash lifting, tinting, brow lamination, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients to guide and set expectations.
• Maintain professionalism and a team-oriented attitude.
• Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote products and close retail sales based on client needs.
• Complete daily planning and track results.
• Ensure room sanitation and prompt turnover.
• Promote proper maintenance and follow communication guidelines.
• Customize each guest’s experience to their needs.
• Perform general cleaning duties as required.
• Understand and support our mission of organic, eco-friendly beauty services.
• Participate actively in team efforts and attend quarterly meetings.
• Maintain TX state Esthetic license and adhere to cleanliness standards.
