• Build a client book and retain guests using rebook scripts for 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance results.
• Uphold brand cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist KPI per brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive, professional work environment and embody brand values.
• Train and model expected behaviors and processes.
