Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Wax Specialist in Texas who will deliver professional full-body waxing for men and women using proprietary techniques. You’ll start as a Hub-let, learning from Regional Wax Trainers and advancing through a structured career path within UPMA Group.

You’ll educate guests on waxing frequency, recommend EWC products, and maintain a clean, compliant waxing suite while supporting a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires a current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• A positive, hardworking, punctual attitude is essential.
• Comfort performing full-body waxing for women and men.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC techniques.
• Learn in Hub-led training from Regional Wax Trainers; progress through the Hub path.
• Educate guests on waxing frequency and EWC products to maintain results at home.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with Texas TDLR procedures.

A Day in the Life: Expert Service

• Full‑Body Expertise: Perform high‑quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques.
• The Hub Experience: Start your journey as a “Hub‑let,” learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative, high‑energy classroom environment.
• Education & Sales: Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC’s proprietary products to maintain their results at home.
• Suite Integrity: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests’ needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.

What You Bring

• A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• A positive, hard‑working, honest, punctual attitude that lights up the room.
• Comfort performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests. Performing Brazilian services for male guests is optional and requires specialized advanced training.
• A coachable mindset eager to master new techniques through world‑class training.
