European Wax Center, in Texas, is seeking a Wax Specialist to deliver high-quality waxing services to both men and women. You must hold a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license and embrace our guest-experience culture.

Earn base plus tips with uncapped commissions, plus paid training, time off, and product discounts. Start as Hub-let with a clear path to specialized training and leadership opportunities within UPMA Group.

• Meet scheduling needs, including at least one full weekend day every week.

A Day in the Life: Expert Service

• Full-Body Expertise: Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC's proprietary techniques.
• The Hub Experience: Start your journey as a "Hub-let", learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative, high-energy classroom environment.
• Education & Sales: Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC's proprietary products to maintain their results at home.
• Suite Integrity: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests' needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.

What You Bring

• The License: A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• The Vibe: You work hard, you're honest, you're punctual, and you light up the room!
• Comfort Level: You are open and comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests. * Note: While full-body waxing for all guests is required, performing Brazilian services for male guests is optional and involves specialized advanced training.
• The Mindset: You are coachable and eager to master new techniques through our world-class training.

What You Get
