Job summary

European Wax Center in Texas is seeking a Wax Specialist. You will deliver high-quality full-body waxing for men and women and create an outstanding guest experience using our proprietary techniques.

Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license required; training paths include Hub-let, certification, and leadership tracks. Earn base + tips + uncapped commissions, plus PTO, health options, and product discounts.

• Full‑Body waxing for men and women following EWC techniques.

A Day in the Life: Expert Service

• Full-Body Expertise: Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques.
• The Hub Experience: Start your journey as a "Hub-let," learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative, high-energy classroom environment.
• Education & Sales: Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC’s proprietary products to maintain their results at home.
• Suite Integrity: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures.

Scheduling & Availability

• Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests' needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.

What You Bring

• The License: A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• The Vibe: You work hard, you’re honest, you’re punctual, and you light up the room!
• Comfort Level: You are open and comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests. * Note: While full-body waxing for all guests is required, performing Brazilian services for male guests is optional and involves specialized advanced training.

What You Get
