Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Wax Specialist (Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist) for our St. Louis-area centers. You will perform full-body waxing, deliver personalized guest experiences, and educate guests on aftercare and product use.

The role emphasizes building lasting guest relationships and meeting service and rebooking goals. We offer hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement across multiple St. Louis-area locations.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Esthetician or Cosmetologist license required.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping guests feel their best.
• Professional personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to connect with guests and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing using Exclusive Comfort Wax and Four-Step to Smooth process.
• Provide personalized guest experiences and educated aftercare.
• Conduct consultations and recommend services based on guest needs.
• Educate guests on service frequency, aftercare, and EWC products.
• Build lasting guest relationships and encourage rebooking.
• Work toward service, rebooking, and product goals for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional wax suite.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and EWC standards.
• Keep accurate guest records and service notes.
• Support center operations and collaborate with the team.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
