European Wax Center is seeking a Wax Specialist to deliver high-quality waxing services in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will follow Artemis Wax and EWC standards, educate guests on products, and maintain cleanliness and safety in all waxing suites.

The role requires an esthetician or cosmetology license, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to guest preferences.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts & delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.
• Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist KPI according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.
