Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Wax Specialist at our West York location. You must be licensed in Pennsylvania; experience helps, but full training is provided to perform waxing services and educate guests on skin care with our product line.

You will join a friendly team that values safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. A passion for helping guests look and feel their best drives success here.

The role of a Wax Specialist is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company's core values. A Wax Specialist's primary goal is to educate guests on the benefits and frequency of waxing while performing waxing services. As a licensed skin care specialist, they're also responsible for educating guests on proper skin care in conjunction with our exclusive product portfolio. A Wax Specialist is able to work with like-minded individuals who share in their excitement and passion for Revealing Beautiful Skin. Even better, a Wax Specialist shapes the future of European Wax Center and supports guests in feeling gorgeous, radiant, and confident in their own skin.

Specific Qualifications:

• Experience in Body Waxing is preferred
• Experience in Customer Service/Sales is preferred
• Availability to work evenings (required)
• Availability to work Saturdays (required)
• Commitment to a set weekly schedule (required)
• Availability to begin training schedule in March

Typical Total Compensation:

• Up to $2,000 in bonuses each month, commission, and tips
• Following Training: $16-$19+ per hour
• 4-6 Months after start: $20-$25+ per hour
• Approaching 1 year and beyond: $27-$36+ per hour
