Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Manage guest flow and address inquiries.
• Maintain Reservation Book and schedule appointments.
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and products.
• Keep center front stocked and presentable.
• Inform guests about current promotions.
• Arrive punctually and adhere to dress code.
• Follow corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and marketing.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences using EWC terminology.
• Meet and exceed center and personal goals.
