European Wax Center is seeking a Wax Specialist to deliver high-quality waxing services following brand standards. You will educate guests on products and maintain a clean, professional environment across waxing suites.

Ideal candidates hold a state Esthetician or Cosmetology license, excel in communication, and can adapt to guest comfort levels while building guest relationships and rebooking follow-ups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts & delivering 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their experience and results.
• Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist KPI according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
