PCC Airfoils, LLC is seeking aQuality Inspector to perform systematic visual inspections of cast parts. You will read and apply the QES, evaluate indications, and decide on accept/reject decisions. The role requires operating air-powered tools, grit blasting, and occasional training of newer inspectors.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least nine months of on-the-job training, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and accommodate overtime, including weekends, as needed.
To provide a systematic visual inspection to cast parts.
High school education.
Nine months OJT training.
Normal initiative and ingenuity.
Normal effort required. Lift/move 5-15 pounds, 2 or more times per hour.
Responsible for self. May train Inspector I’s as required. Make sure parts meet quality standards. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.
