Randstad USA is seeking a Production Specialist for 1st shift in the Waterbury area. The role involves supporting the production process, handling materials, and ensuring documentation and PPE compliance. Training occurs on 1st shift.

The position requires 4 years of manufacturing experience, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Drug test and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience required.
• Experience level: Experienced.

Responsabilités

• Assisting in the production process for wax products.
• Loading/unloading raw materials from production equipment.
• Cleaning out or basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Completing necessary documentation & wearing PPE.
• Using forklifts to move raw materials (i.e. large bags/ barrels).
• Assist with receiving or shipping materials as needed.
