Job summary

Doncasters in Oxford, Alabama is seeking a Wax Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will assist with wax molding processes, learn product specifics, and ensure strict adherence to standards while working with a skilled team.

Starting with a training salary for 2-3 months, you will progress to level 1 as you gain expertise. We offer development opportunities, PTO, a 401K plan, and medical insurance as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar position.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• As a Wax Operator, assist the plant by using hands-on skills in assembling, inspecting, and training on Wax Molds.
• Learn and understand the products, equipment set-up, follow procedures and interpret results of your work.
• Handle wax parts and metal dies to mount and clean wax and metal parts in accordance with Investment Casting Standards.
