Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Wax Core Prep/Operator for the 2nd shift in Painesville, OH. The role involves performing basic wax tasks, following the production schedule, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while supporting 6S initiatives.

You will report to the Wax Area Manager and work with a team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks, follow schedule set by supervision, maintain a clean work area, and reducing scrap.
• Perform basic wax related tasks in assigned area.
• Perform production schedule as needed by the business demand.
• Keep work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules – supports 6S initiatives.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.

Title: Wax Core Prep/Operator

Reports to: Wax Area Manager

Location: Painesville

Shift: 2nd, 2:30pm - 10:30pm
