During the training period, employees may be required to work a schedule outside of their regularly assigned shift to support hands-on learning & development. Training is typically conducted Monday-Friday and may occur on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to their assigned shift.
