Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Wave Planner in Wisconsin to ensure materials and packaging align with shift needs and production standards. You will coordinate with admin staff, Packaging and Shift Supervisors to prepare for oncoming work and manage returns.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, a High School Diploma or GED, and forklift certification. Friday–Sunday 7am–7:30pm, $20/hour with a $2 weekend differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or production.
• At least 1 year directing team activities or supervising people.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and manage daily activity changes.
• Provide assignments and training for lift operators and line leads.
• Coordinate shift materials, packaging, and donor items for oncoming shift.
• Produce and distribute production documentation and line requirements.
• Train line leads and forklift operators on new tasks.
• Ensure 5S practices and GMP compliance on the warehouse floor.
