Role Overview:

You will be responsible for supporting planning operations related to customer orders. Success in this position requires effective team communication, inventory management, and the ability to coordinate workflows to ensure all orders meet their required deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee order planning specifically for Walmart accounts.


• Handle planning requirements for additional retail partners like Target or Costco as needed.


• Optimize order fulfillment by managing inventory levels to ensure maximum output based on current stock.


• Re-plan orders when necessary, particularly when warehouse arrivals from ports experience delays.


• Facilitate the order lifecycle by planning, generating labels, and assigning tasks to the processing staff.


• Track production progress to help the team maintain visibility on completed, active, and shipped orders.


• Oversee inbound container logistics, including tracking container numbers, production POs, ASNs, and warehouse arrival times.


• Maintain or develop tracking logs to ensure accurate documentation of all goods.


• Foster clear communication within the department to ensure the entire team remains aligned on operational objectives.


• Proactively identify and report potential risks to ensure they are reviewed and resolved quickly.


• Participate in recurring sales meetings to provide status updates on order fulfillment.


• Utilize essential software and hardware, including Excel, Word, email, WMS, Movex, routing portals, laptops, and Zebra printers.


• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to remain standing and walking for the duration of the shift.


• Comfortable reaching overhead and bending frequently throughout the workday.


• Ability to perform duties in both climate-controlled and temperature-variable warehouse environments.
