The Wave Planner is responsible for managing inventory and order fulfillment within the distribution center. Key responsibilities include order management, coordinating with warehouse teams, monitoring wave performance, resolving order issues, managing inventory levels, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient order processing.
• Monitor and adjust wave performance to meet demands.
• Resolve issues affecting on-time order completion.
• Manage inventory levels and allocation according to wave plans.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze fulfillment metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to improve warehouse workflows.
• Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and clients to resolve issues.
• Support departmental process improvements and maintain 5S standards.

Qualifications
