SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent for Waterworks Operations in Houston to oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control. This full-time role requires strong leadership and field coordination.

You will review drawings, ensure constructability, maintain documentation, and lead coordination meetings with the project team to deliver projects ranging from $1M to $40M.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Projects ranging from $1M–$40M.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety policies and maintain site security and cleanliness.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and field labor.
• Monitor work for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review drawings for constructability and resolve field issues.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate with the project team.
