Job summary

Reece USA in Addison, TX is seeking a Director of Category Management to lead end-to-end strategy, performance, and profitability for Waterworks product categories. You will shape the assortment, drive margins, and optimize inventory while strengthening supplier relationships.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain to deliver growth, manage vendor portfolios, and implement category P&Ls. MBA is a plus; 8+ years in Waterworks or related sectors preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in category management or procurement in Waterworks, plumbing, or building materials sector.
• Deep knowledge of Waterworks products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the category strategy and ensure profitable assortment.
• Negotiate terms, rebates, and supply agreements with manufacturers and vendors.
• Partner with finance and branch leadership to manage profitability at category and SKU levels.
