Mills Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Cleaner to perform unit turnover cleanings and general building cleaning across apartment complexes. You will work with the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor to schedule cleanings and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include completing turnover checklists, documenting work, assisting with common area cleaning, and helping with outdoor grounds tasks while upholding company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

• Coordinate unit turnover cleaning with Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor.
• Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each unit within the scheduled time frame.
• Document all items cleaned and follow up with Property Manager and Lead Cleaning Technician.
• Assist with public area cleaning (hallways, laundry rooms, entry ways) as needed.
• Assist with outside grounds work (picking up trash, pulling weeds).
• Complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks to fulfill duties.
• Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures, and perform work safely.

Overview

Property Cleaner is responsible for completing unit turnover cleanings and common area cleanings of apartment complexes, as directed by Cleaning Foreman.

To excel in this position, you must be motivated with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Job Details

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

• Work with Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor on scheduling of units to be cleaned.
• Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each unit scheduled within the time frame assigned.
• Document all items that were cleaned, and follow up with Property Manager and Lead Cleaning Technician.
• Assist with public area cleaning as needed and assigned, which may include, but not limited to, vacuuming hallways, cleaning laundry rooms and entry ways.
• Assist with outside grounds work such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.

Property Cleaner will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties.

Property Cleaner will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely.

Requirements
