Job summary

i-sats is seeking an enthusiastic watersports staffer to lead campers in kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and swimming, focusing on technique, safety, and water safety awareness. You will help build water confidence and ensure campers learn with enjoyment, while adapting activities for varying skill levels and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or guiding watersports.
• Strong passion for outdoor activities and working with children.
• Ability to teach and engage campers of varying skill levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise campers in kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and swimming.
• Teach basics of watersports focusing on technique and safety.
• Ensure safety and follow water safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and keep it in good working condition.
