Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership Manage all aspects of water resource and watershed projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Technical Oversight Ensure technical excellence, compliance with standards, and integration of innovative solutions.
• Client Engagement Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact and represent clients in meetings as needed.
• Team Management Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Business Development Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support the firm’s strategic growth efforts.
• Financial Management Monitor budgets, manage project profitability, and forecast labor resources.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in environmental science, hydrology, engineering, ecology, geology, resource economics, or related field
• Local to Denver or willing to relocate preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years managing projects
• Licensure PE, PG, PH, or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain in Colorado)
• Technical Skills Proficiency in scientific modeling software, Microsoft Suite, GIS, Google Earth, ERP/CRM systems, and relevant programming tools
