Under the general direction of the Principal Engineer, Water Resources, the incumbent manages the Watershed and Environmental Assessment Branch and leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for environmental assessment, monitoring, planning, and regulatory activities. The position provides program, technical, fiscal, and personnel management to ensure environmental programs and projects are effectively planned, coordinated, and completed in accordance with Department policies, laws, regulations, and established objectives.
