Qualifications

• Prior experience in roofing, caulking, waterproofing, or water intrusion repair preferred.
• Valid Real ID.
• Must pass a drug screen and federal level background check.
• Ability to work extended hours (60–70 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, caulking, and water intrusion prevention work.
• Assist with roofing-related waterproofing applications.
• Seal joints, cracks, and penetrations to prevent moisture intrusion.
• Work safely on commercial and federal job sites.
• Follow all safety regulations and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards.
