gpac is seeking a Waterproofing Superintendent to manage commercial waterproofing projects, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and scope compliance. The role requires coordinating a team of supervisors and craft personnel on complex envelope projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and lead the team to successful delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' supervisory experience on commercial roofing/waterproofing projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Extensive experience in cost controls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
