Job summary

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing in Lewisville, TX is seeking a motivated Sales/Estimator with potential for training in commercial construction estimating or project management. Competitive salary with uncapped bonus potential and opportunities for growth are offered.

The role reports to the Director of Sales and involves bid review, takeoffs, pricing, proposal preparation, and maintaining client relationships to secure opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in commercial construction estimating or project management is a plus.
• Some experience as a superintendent, project manager, or estimator is preferred but training is available.
• Division 7 experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review bid invites to determine whether the project will be bid or not.
• Perform construction document analysis, takeoffs, and pricing using Alpha’s estimating system and model.
• Prepare detailed proposals/bids and submit them to clients; log bid information for future reference.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to determine the full scope of work.
• Build strong client relationships to help boost and close sales; review contracts for scope and conditions.
