Mammoth Recruitment is partnering with a commercial waterproofing contractor in Austin to hire a Commercial Waterproofing Estimator / Project Manager. If you understand commercial construction pricing and can keep project details organized, this could be a strong fit.

This role is predominantly desk-based, supporting multiple projects worth from roughly $100k to $4M. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, reviewing scopes, managing execution, and coordinating with superintendents.

Qualifications

• Estimating and/or project management experience in commercial waterproofing, commercial roofing, or glazing.
• Understanding of construction pricing and how scopes affect cost and execution.
• Strong attention to detail with project documentation, submittals, and financial information.
• Ability to organize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication with superintendents and internal teams.
• Practical approach to resolving project issues.
• Comfort working in a primarily desk-based role.

Responsabilités

• Prepare estimates and pricing for commercial waterproofing projects.
• Review construction scopes and details to understand pricing and project requirements.
• Manage assigned projects through execution, keeping paperwork, submittals, and cost information accurate and organized.
• Support project profitability through accurate pricing, purchasing coordination, and communication with field operations.
• Assist with purchasing and coordinate material requirements with superintendents.
• Work directly with superintendents, who oversee field labor and material quantities.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings to review project progress, new scopes, and outstanding needs.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple projects and address issues that could affect execution.
