Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a skilled roofing professional to work on commercial projects in Houston. You will lead by example, supervise Tech Is and Tech IIs, and actively participate in Chamberlin’s Safety Program while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of roofing experience, strong knowledge reading blueprints, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. This is a full-time on-site role offering growth within a proven roofing company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work independently and lead by example on work projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to work outside in changing weather conditions.
• Able to work in elevated locations.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to job locations.
• Must be looking for full-time employment with a long-term career with Chamberlin.

At least three years of experience in Roofing, preferably in a commercial application.

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge and ability to demonstrate a proficient skill level for roofing
• English speaking, bilingual preferred
• Able to read, understand and follow blueprints and construction documents
