Key Responsibilities:

• Install waterproofing systems including membranes (bituminous, liquid-applied, or sheet), sealants, coatings, and drainage systems.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and ensuring proper substrate conditions before installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer installation instructions.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on installed waterproofing systems as needed.
