Overview

Rate of pay is based on experience. Hiring Part and Full time positions. Chula Vista Resort is a full-service, year-round, themed conference resort. Chula Vista features approximately 640 guest rooms and suites, and one of the largest indoor, multi-use exhibition and sports facilities in the upper Midwest. Our amenities include restaurants, a Spa, 18-hole Cold Water Canyon Golf Course and a number of recreational amenities including 200,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor waterparks, zipline, and miniature golf. Chula Vista Resort has been independently owned and operated for the past 65 years. We are dedicated to provide success and growth of our employees within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service all public area spaces, public bathrooms, pool areas, dry attractions, and other areas as assigned.
• Pool cleaning, water testing, and a variety of other light maintenance duties at our Waterpark areas.
• Interact with guests and provide customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restriction and be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Strong body mobility and should not be allergic to any cleaning supplies or chemicals.
• Must be able to operate with full body mobility (standing/walking, bending, turning head and torso, etc.).
• Must be able to do routine math calculations and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, well enough to give instructions and relay information to customers, vendors, and staff.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Physical: Must be able to lift 50 lbs without restrictions; standing and walking for extended periods.
• Mental: Mathematics ability and English communication capability (verbal and written).
