Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, MD seeks an Aquatics Technician to keep the waterpark running safely and efficiently. You will install, maintain, and repair aquatic equipment to maximize operating time and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in maintenance or aquatic operations, knowledge of water chemistry, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or aquatics maintenance.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration and waterpark operations.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Eligible to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays; age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to preventative maintenance for waterpark equipment (pools, pumps, motors, slides).
• Performs daily inspections of all mechanical systems and attractions; carries out repairs as needed.
• Documents maintenance actions and monitors irregularities.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe operation of the Waterpark area.
• Performs daily water testing and adjusts chemical treatments as required.
• Collaborates with park management, lifeguards, and guests.
