Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka, MO is seeking motivated lifeguards for Hurricane Harbor to ensure safe operation of attractions and guest safety with lifeguard skills and CPR.

You will maintain constant vigilance, respond to aquatic emergencies, attend monthly in-service training, enforce park policies, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Requirements include 15+ age, effective communication, lifeguard certification, ability to stay calm under pressure, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must pass lifeguard training and licensing through Jeff Ellis & Associates ILTP, including practical and written tests.
• Must remain calm in stressful emergencies and demonstrate water rescue, first aid and CPR skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work with others.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Enforce Six Flags policies and maintain guest safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain constant vigilance and supervision of Guests in Hurricane Harbor Waterpark.
• Recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies using lifeguard skills.
• Maintain a Test-Ready skill level after certification.
• Attend 4 hours of In-Service training each month.
• Communicate safety policies to Guests and enforce park rules.
• Assist in other areas of the Aquatics Department as needed.
• Maintain regular, prompt attendance and Six Flags Guest First Standards.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by management.
