Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark is seeking a Waterpark Attendant to help create a safe, enjoyable experience for guests and families in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. You will monitor the waterpark, enforce rules, and assist guests with inquiries and directions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to assist and interact with guests and patrons.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks with limited supervision.
• Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and effective communication.
• Capable of supervising activities, enforcing rules, and giving clear directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the pool area; monitor facility and patron conduct.
• Enforce rules and supervise guests to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Report damages to facilities, attractions, or equipment to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure proper use of wristbands and access points to promote safety and enjoyment.
• Offer directions and information about the property and surrounding area.
• Support emergency response staff and complete other duties as directed.
