Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Full Time Waterman Food Runner who brings aloha spirit and a guest-first approach. You will deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to pool and beach areas, and assist with service setup and guest requests.

We value English fluency, reliable attendance, and 3 months to 1 year in a related role. You’ll greet guests, maintain cleanliness, stock essentials, and support a high-energy team across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• 3 months to 1 year of full-time experience in a related position.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to pool and beach areas.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables and pool/beach service areas.
• Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service.
• Assist in breaking down and setting up food stations.
