Join our manufacturing team! Twin City Staffing is seeking a waterjet machine operator in the Fridley area. This machine operator job is offering up to $21/hour plus great benefits including 401(k) with company match and 48 hours of PTO the first year!

Location:Fridley, MN

Wage:$21/hr.

Hours:6 am – 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Tasks of the waterjet machine operator:

• Safely, accurately and efficiently set-up, program and operate a waterjet
• Read and understand part drawings and work orders
• Perform inspection to ensure products are to customer specifications
• Troubleshoot problems
• Able to certify and operate forklifts and cranes
• Perform other operations such as drilling, tapping and deburring
• Complete all paperwork and inspection reports
• Keep work area(s) clean and organized

Requirements of the waterjet machine operator:

• Previous metal fabricating experience
• Shop math skills
• Blueprint reading is a plus!
• Lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs.
• Stand and bend the entire shift
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Knowledge and experience with Micrometers and/or Calipers
• Understand and follow written and verbal communication in English
