Responsibilities

• Anticipate the bar's needs — garnishes prepped, glasses gleaming, bottles displayed with intention before doors open.
• Take orders with warmth from guests and floor staff alike, keeping service seamless during peak hours.
• Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked bar environment that reflects Stone's Throw standards of excellence.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and confidently.
• Verify identification and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for every guest.
• Submit orders and requisitions to keep the bar fully supplied.
• Stay composed and professional when situations get complicated.
