Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and personality.
• Anticipate bar needs garnishes prepped, glasses gleaming, bottles displayed with intention before doors open
• Take orders with warmth from guests and floor staff alike, keeping service seamless during peak hours
• Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked bar environment that reflects Steelbach's standards of excellence
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and confidently
• Verify identification and use sound judgment to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for every guest
• Submit orders and requisitions to keep the bar fully supplied anticipating needs before they become gaps
• Stay composed and professional when situations get complicated your calm is part of the service
