JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Waterfront Aquatics Director for Camp Grossman in Newton, MA. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of the camp's waterfront operations, ensuring safety and quality instruction in swim lessons. Candidates must have a BS in Health or Fitness, relevant certifications, and experience in Aquatics. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience working in Aquatics.
• Must possess Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguarding certification, CPR, First Aid and AED, LGI, LKSA certifications.
• Proficient swimmer capable of performing rescues.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise all aspects of the Camp Grossman Waterfront operations.
• Manage lifeguards and swim instructors for safety and instruction.
• Coordinate schedules for staff, participants, and waterfront activities.
