Watercraft Attendant - Full & Part Time BENCH, Storyliving by Disney

At Cotino, A Storyliving by Disney community, we create incredible, uniquely Disney experiences for our Artisan Club Members and their Guests. We bring the magic of Disney to our Club Members and Guests through personalized experiences and unforgettable world-class service!

As the Watercraft Attendant, you will be responsible for coordinating the check-in and check-out process for non-motorized watercraft, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and verifying all required waivers are completed.

This posting is to gather interest in a Bench for future openings.

  • Greet and screen Members and Guests to ensure all height and safety requirements are met
  • Support an experience where Member, Guest, and Cast Member safety is the top priority
  • Ensure all watercraft users complete and sign necessary waivers, verify, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide clear safety instructions, including proper use of equipment and emergency procedures, and enforce safety gear usage
  • Assist Members and Guests entering and exiting the water
  • Inspect watercraft and safety gear before and after use, report deficiencies promptly
  • Address unexpected downtime or service issues
  • Maintain understanding of private club environment components, fostering relationships with repeat visitors
  • De-escalate and resolve Member and Guest situations professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including safety equipment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality or table service restaurants
  • Excellent Guest service and recovery skills with the ability to resolve situations effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards
  • Strong verbal communication and enthusiasm for assisting Members and Guests
  • Knowledge of and passion for Disney Experiences products and services
  • Experience in a 4/5 Star resort, aquatic facility, or private club preferred
