Job summary

Parkhill seeks a Treatment Practice Leader to drive growth in water and wastewater treatment across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery excellence, and active client engagement.

You will lead business development, nurture client relationships, and guide project delivery with senior-level expertise. The ideal candidate brings a PE license in Texas, a decade of domain experience, and a track record of pursuing and securing key public and private

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • P.E. license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma.
  • 10 years of experience specializing in water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment.
  • Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships.
  • Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies—including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities—as well as state and federal funding agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment.
  • Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the sector’s strategic vision and operational plan.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders.
  • Represent Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars.
  • Collaborate across Sectors and office locations to leverage Parkhill’s collective experience and expertise.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Master’s degree preferred
