Job summary

Aqua is seeking a Utility Technician in the Fort Worth, TX area to repair and upgrade water distribution and wastewater systems, handle customer service issues, and keep facilities clean and organized. This role supports essential services for our communities and may involve on-site travel to various sites.

Responsibilities include installing meters and pumps, operating vehicles, loading supplies, and documenting work orders. A HS diploma or GED is required; CDL must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; CDL must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair valves, meters, gauges, pumps and related equipment.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment per procedures.
• Load and unload equipment, chemicals and supplies at worksites.
• Read meters as needed and update work orders in the system.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at facilities and sites.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
